I must admit, I really enjoy going out for lunch or dinner to places which make me feel at home. I love a restaurant where they prepare delicious food and the clients are between 40 and 70 years old. I observe the relationship between the clients and the waiters; I like their level of Excellency, their light jokes and how they create a warm atmosphere. It’s very important to know how to treat an angry customer. You can learn a lot here and it’s no coincidence because chef and founder Emilio Castrejón is very wise man and knows how to do things right thanks to his many years of experience in the restaurant world. You can really feel it in the atmosphere, the good quality, and sit back and enjoy a relaxed meal.

Japo Santa Catalina
Here they tend to emphasize simplicity. They believe that the product should be placed in the center of attention, should be the main element of the dish. Arume sake bar
The Arume family keeps on growing! Chef Tomeu Martí opened up a few months ago Majorca’s first specialized Sake Bar; a very exciting project for Tomeu, and a new challenge for both Julen Falla as head chef and Albert Marín as sushi man. This new space is inspired by the Japanese tavern look and offers a wide range of Japanese dishes which you can combine with the best sakes. In Sake Bar by Arume you can also enjoy Arume’s classic dishes such as the creamy spice shrimp nem, or the foie and quince roll. The bar offers lots of different types of sakes for you to taste either by the glass or jug.
